If you are a new Nova Scotia Power customer, there are three options available: 1. Pass a credit check 2. Pay a security deposit (the amount of the deposit is three months of power) 3. Attach a letter from my electric utility confirming my payment history. To verify your identity please forward two pieces of government identification to home@nspower.ca.
Only those listed (spouse or roommate) to have access to your account can request or perform account activities without your consent. (i.e. change billing preferences, close account, make payment arrangements)
